Hey guys! The store is up! There are two stores, actually. One is here, on our home site. The other is obviously a different site.

First off, we'd like to welcome Tyler Burkhart into the band! He will be our new drummer. Now that he's joined, we will be finalizing that documentary we mentioned last month. Anyways, Tyler is a metal core drummer, but was very interested in mine and Matt's styles. We plan to use his drum style, combined with a little bit of some older styles, creating W.O.L.F.'s own drum sound.
Another important announcement is that we plan to release our first EP digitally in mid-April. It will only be available for download until we get money to publish hard copies. The EP title is yet undecided, but we've tossed around some ideas, including “Thrash and Burn”. The entire EP is thrash metal, which is quite different from the studio album we plan to do at a time we cannot yet announce. Studio album? What? Well, it’s not yet confirmed when and where this will go down. You all got to hear our first five original tracks on “Back in the Day”, but we’ve yet to COMPLETE anymore. When we say complete, we’re meaning that about a third of each of the other songs have been written, but we had to stop so as to allow Tyler to catch up, plus we got to focus on our EP. Gigs. How many of you have been DYING to see us in action? Well, your chance is coming soon! We plan to begin gigs the moment Tyler finishes drums for at least 3 of the songs off "Back in the Day." We'll also play covers, specifically the ones off our first demo CD, "Early Days." Yep, nearly a year after that shitty demo, and we're about to start gigs. Took us long enough, right? Speaking of gigs, we're sure not EVERYONE will get a chance to see us playing live at bars, so we came up with a great idea. ALL our future gigs and concerts will be recorded. Every last one. The first five gigs we do will be released on DVD with backstage footage. Once these five are done, we're planning the biggest thing we've ever planned... A FESTIVAL!!! We hope that we can get a few local bands to come and play along. The plan is to set up on a nice open field, have a mega-BBQ, all while six or seven bands playing, with W.O.L.F. finishing off for the night. Admission will be around $1 or $2. This, too, will be filmed, but as professional as possible. More news to come on the festival. We've heard a few people in the halls at Prosper High. Some of you fans believe that we're recording an EP in the next few months, before we do an actual studio album. As much as Taylor wants to let out whether it's true or not, we will punish him by forcing him to play a 20 minute solo (it'll be fast) if he so much as utters a word about it. We're secretive right now about what's going on here at W.O.L.F. HQ. The mega-news will be released VERY soon.
Well, damn, we hate to say it, but you all need to wait a few more weeks for our big announcement. We will say that we have a new member, but you all have to figure out who it is by yourself...at least until we are ready to release the news. Almost there!!!!
